*RUSTIC ORIGINAL
     The name says it, no frills just good hearty bread.

*RUSTIC WHOLE WHEAT
     Much like our Original loaf, but we add fresh local honey and coarsely ground whole wheat flour packed with nutrients and flavor.

*JALAPENO & CHEDDAR
     To our signature rustic French bread recipe, we add freshly chopped jalapeno peppers grown organically in our own garden, along with chunks of Vermont cheddar cheese.  Never too spicy, but not without character.

* ROSEMARY & GARLIC
     Organic rosemary leaves and fresh organic minced garlic are added.  This bread is great with soups, meat dishes or a bit of butter.

* SUN-DRIED TOMATO BASIL
     To this bread we add organic julienne sun-dried tomatoes and organically grown basil leaves from our garden. 

* KALAMATA OLIVE
     Delicious halved kalamata olives are added.

* ROASTED RED PEPPER & GARLIC
     Our red peppers are organically grown and roasted in our ovens, as is the garlic.

*CHOCOALTE CRANBERRY BREAD
     Chunks of organic 70% dark chocoalte are mixed with organic cranberries.
* ZUCCHINI BREAD
     We use fresh organic zucchini, honey and whole wheat flour in this sweet bread           classic.

BAGELS $6.00 per 1/2 dozen
Our bagels are made with organic and locally milled whole wheat flour, and are boiled and baked in our kitchen.  We add only organic ingredients to them and strive to find these ingredients locally when possible.
Varieties include... Plain, Whole Wheat, Cinnamon Raisin, Poppy Seed, Salt, Everything, Garlic, Onion and Sesame Seed.

PIZZA DOUGH $4.00
This is a great dough for all the "do it yourselfers" out there.  Each portion fits any 12"-14" pizza pan or pizza stone, and is ready for your table in 15 minutes or less.
